# Decize

> Email-driven decision log and team outcome tracker.

Canonical: https://www.findalternate.com/decize
Last updated: 2026-10-03

Decize is a decision log and outcome-tracking workspace for teams. Forward an email or add a decision on the web, then keep the context, owner, deadline, confidence, and success criteria in one durable record. Decize follows the decision through execution, prompts the team to record what happened, and turns the outcome into a reusable lesson for similar work later. It also supports document import, reminders, attention queues, CSV export, and team analytics. A free plan is available, with paid plans for higher decision volume.

## Recommended for

Operations and leadership teams, chiefs of staff, product and engineering leaders, and SaaS founders who make important decisions in email and want a searchable record of what was decided, what happened, and what to reuse next time.

## Pros and cons

Pros:
Works with the email workflow teams already use
Connects decisions to outcomes instead of stopping at documentation
Keeps existing decision records accessible on the Free plan
Unlimited people on every published plan
Clear ownership, follow-up, and reusable lessons
Cons:
Best value depends on teams recording outcomes consistently
Advanced calibration and trend views need enough resolved decisions to become meaningful
The Free plan is limited to 10 new decisions per month, so higher-volume teams need a paid plan

## Conclusion

Decize closes the loop between the decision, the result, and the lesson. It is especially useful for teams that want organizational memory without replacing email with another meeting-heavy process.

- [Kyurations](https://www.findalternate.com/kyurations): Everyone has that one friend. Mine's in a group chat of six. He sends maybe two links a week, far fewer than anyone else, and I open both without checking the preview.

What he does is real work and nobody sees it. He reads for hours, throws away almost all of it, sends the two that survived. Then WhatsApp eats it. Ask him for the new food place in Bangalore that he shared or that blog post about building agents and we're both scrolling for ten minutes.

That job got harder fast. Three quarters of new web pages now have machine-written text in them, not because writers went away but because every writer picked up an engine. Output went vertical. Nobody's day got longer.

So we built Kyurations.

It lives where you already read. Chrome extension, Instagram DMs, X bookmarks, WhatsApp, MCP. You're scrolling, something lands, you send it across, you keep scrolling. No folders, no tags, no naming things. It piles into one place, your Bower, and the AI takes the boring half. Pulls the article, writes the summary, sorts the pile into lists. You can talk to the whole collection and it answers from what you saved, with citations.

Those lists become newsletters. Someone subscribes to your reading on a topic and it lands in their inbox without you writing anything. When a batch is ready you get a message, glance at it, drop what doesn't belong, and it goes.

Here's the part I'm proudest of, and it's a strange thing to brag about: you never have to open it. Nobody visits their solar panel. The collection builds while you get on with your day, and six months in you own something. People subscribe to it. You can sell it. It leaves with you if you go.

One rule we won't break. The AI never picks what goes in. It arranges, you choose. The second a machine decides what's good, this becomes another feed, and there are enough of those.

Happy Kyurating! — FREE, 0 likes
